If you receive an item that is broken or damaged YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO CONTACT US. If you have spoken with us and we have agreed for a return and or exchange and we ask that you return the product.

* If you have issues with tracking, or it shows that a package has been delivered and its not there, please contact your local postal office. They will be able to assist you as all I can see is what you can see when tracking.
